I am a teacher, mom and culinary arts student in Toronto, Canada. This blog is all about my next course, whatever that might be. It could be an appetizer, a dessert or a main; it could be Introduction to Photography or Pasta 101. As Abraham Maslow said, “All of life is education and everybody is a teacher and everybody is forever a pupil.” I’ll toast to that.
